The food and drug administration said that coconut is tree nut. It has been estimated that 1/1500 of the adults are suffering from coconut allergy symptom. The symptoms from which adults are suffering are nausea, shortness of breath, difficulty in swallowing, nasal congestion and abdominal cramps, bloating, leaky gut etc. When a person is allergic to coconut then he or she will experience negative symptoms after using coconuts and the products that contain coconuts. Similarly some of the allergies occur due to the improper digestion of coconut and parts of the coconut fruit.
